CRISIS (FINANCIAL) ASSISTANCE: Certified Individuals/Families can apply for financial assistance for help with pending evictions and/or utility disconnections.  Assistance is based on available funding and is given out on a first come, first serve basis.

FOOD PANTRY: Certified Individuals/Families can receive this service twice monthly.  Visits must be 5 days apart.

FREE RESOUCE STORE:  Certified Individuals/Families (not open to the public) are eligible for 10 free items per month to include:  Clothing, furniture, decor, housewares, linens, shoes and more!

NETWORX: NETworX is a national movement to measurably reduce poverty at its holistic core, not through well-doing for others, but through well-being together. This program will replace Bridges to Success in the spring of 2021. NETworX is individuals and communities seeking together to build intentional relationships though education and love of neighbor as well as love of self.

In order to receive services Individuals/Families must first certify, please see the list below of items you should bring with you on your first visit (or return visit if your last visit was before July 1st of the prior year).
1.  Proof of Residence (a piece of mail addressed to you within the last 30 days)
2.  Picture ID
3.  Social security cards for all household members
4.  Proof of income for all household members
For full services, individuals/families must reside in Zip Codes: 28115, 28117, 28166, 28125 or 27013.
